BRIDAL CONTRACT

This contract stipulates that Beauty and Opulence Makeup Artistry LLC will provide on-site makeup services for the bride and on the date stated below.

  1. Name & Address of Wedding Venue.  Please indicate if the bride will be getting ready at another location and provide the address*.
     

  2. Makeup Artist should arrive at (please insert time):

  • I understand the fee for the bride’s makeup will be a total of $300.  This includes,​

    • $200 Bridal Makeup (includes touch-up after ceremony) 

    • $100 travel fee

  • Half of total is due as a non refundable deposit to secure the date (this will include Bridal party makeup).

  • The remainder of the balance will be due before services are rendered on the day of the wedding. The makeup artist will stay after the wedding ceremony to touch up the bride's makeup before pictures.  

  • Each bridesmaid or other wedding party member’s makeup will be $125 per person.  

  • Makeup application takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour per person and each person is required to arrive on time.

  • The coordinator or bride should schedule each bridesmaid in 45 min slots (start time TBD)

  • An invoice will be sent to you by email with total cost and amount due for deposit and balance due the day of the
    wedding.

  • Any necessary valet parking or parking fee will be paid by the bride.*

  • ***The artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with open sores, in-flamed acne or if the artist feels unsafe**
